We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any equipment manufacturer. Your order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days via Australia Post or StarTrack. 6. Returns and Refunds

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Products sold by Jim’s Mower Repair may include manufacturer warranties provided by the original equipment manufacturer. These warranties are separate from and additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Jim’s Mower Repair is an independent retailer and is not an authorized warranty service center for any manufacturer. For manufacturer warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer directly or an authorized service center in your area. We are happy to assist you locate the appropriate contact.

Jim’s Mower Repair is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Husqvarna, Honda, ECHO, STIHL, or any other equipment manufacturer. All brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced on this website for identification purposes only under the principle of nominative fair use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Jim’s Mower Repair’s total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply where it would be inconsistent with the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
