3. Important — Independent Retailer Notice
Jim’s Mower Repair is an independent online retailer. We are not an authorized warranty service center for Husqvarna, Honda, ECHO, STIHL, or any other equipment manufacturer.
This means:
- Manufacturer warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer or an authorized service center
- We cannot perform in-warranty service on behalf of any manufacturer
- Servicing equipment at Jim’s Mower Repair may affect your manufacturer warranty — check your product documentation before proceeding with any third-party service
4. How to Make a Manufacturer Warranty Claim
- Check your product documentation for the manufacturer’s warranty terms and authorized service center network
- Contact the manufacturer directly using the details in your product manual
- Provide proof of purchase — keep your Jim’s Mower Repair order confirmation email as this serves as your proof of purchase date
- The manufacturer or authorized service center will advise on next steps

- Use of incorrect fuel, oil, or accessories
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
6. Our 30-Day Return Policy
